Job Brief
As the Human Resources Manager at SATUVISION, you are the strategic operational leader responsible for the agency's people infrastructure and talent acquisition. You bridge the gap between the Founders' high-performance business strategy and the clinical execution of our multi-generational workforce. You do not just manage personnel; you architect a culture of absolute accountability. You oversee the HR Assistant, command our streamlined technical HR infrastructure (OpenWebUI & Google Drive), enforce our AI-verified attendance protocols, and exclusively recruit talent with a proven foundation in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment pipeline for crucial agency roles. You must leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing (Performance, Web Dev, SEO) to clinically evaluate candidates beyond their resumes, ensuring they meet SATUVISION’s elite technical standards.
Architect and execute rigorous performance review cycles. You act as the ultimate cultural bridge, expertly translating the Founders' clinical business objectives into motivating, actionable guidance for our Gen-Z and Millennial teams.
Act as the absolute authority on our internal HR systems. You oversee the deployment of our native OpenWebUI Google Drive integration for all employee documentation, ensuring zero reliance on bloated external HRIS software. You enforce compliance and audit the AI verification logs of our attendance tracking tool.
Maintain deep, authoritative oversight of Indonesian labor laws, payroll regulations, BPJS structures, and expatriate compliance, ensuring zero legal exposure for the agency.
Enforce the "Single Source of Truth." Ensure that you and your HR team log 100% of workflows, candidate pipelines, and disciplinary actions in the project management tool (ActiveCollab).
KPIs & Success Metrics:
High retention rates of top-performing staff and a measurable reduction in time-to-hire for critical technical roles.
100% legal compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and zero critical confidentiality breaches across all managed employee assets within the Google Drive ecosystem.
Measurable growth in the administrative accuracy of the HR Assistant and Trainees under your mentorship.
Enforce 100% compliance with time-tracking, ActiveCollab updates, and the AI attendance verification system.
Requirements & Qualifications
4–6+ years of proven experience in advanced HR management and people operations leadership, strictly within a digital agency, tech startup, or high-growth environment.
You possess the technical vocabulary and strategic understanding of digital marketing required to challenge and vet senior developers and performance marketers during interviews.
Exceptional conflict resolution mastery. You can de-escalate tensions, enforce uncompromising performance standards, and build trust across a highly diverse, multi-generational workforce.
Proven experience managing lean HR operations. You must be an expert in utilizing OpenWebUI/Google Drive architectures and be comfortable governing custom AI-augmented attendance tools.
Deep, authoritative understanding of Indonesian labor laws and payroll execution.
English & Bahasa mandatory.
Working Hours & Benefits
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off.
Allowance: Religious Holiday Allowance (THR).
