Apply-Mate provides job search services, a job portal platform, CV score checking, cover letter creation, and AI-based CV optimization.

• •Registration: You are required to create an account to use AI features (scoring, optimization, cover letter). For basic job portal features, registration is not required.
• •Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• •Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if any rules violations, fraudulent actions, or abnormal use of the service are found.

• •Apply-Mate offers AI-based features with two payment methods:
• •Point System (Pay-per-use): IDR 1,000 for 1,000 points.
• •Subscription: IDR 49,999 per month.
• •All transactions are processed through Midtrans. All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

• •You warrant that the CV or documents you upload are your own.
• •Copyright over your documents remains entirely yours.
• •We are prohibited from distributing or selling your CV data to other parties without your permission, except for the 'Easy Apply' feature that you trigger yourself.

• •Our optimization and scoring services use AI technology (Gemini). While we strive to provide the best results:
• •We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI analysis results.
• •We do not guarantee that you will get a job after using our services.
• •We are not responsible for errors in information in documents generated by AI.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made is considered acceptance of the new terms.
