Qualification: Pre Sales/Vertical Solution Expert (an ICT industry), Jakarta. (This role requires experience as Pre_Sales of ICT product & service of covering the FSI Account/industries.) About The Role: To gain insights into the market and customers of the FSI, and formulate sales strategies for the FSI solutions, engaging in the improvement of the competitiveness of FSI solutions. This position plays a critical role in driving solution adoption and commercial success for FSI-sector clients by working closely with key accounts, sales teams, partners, and internal solution units. The VSE acts as an industry advisor and solution owner, rather than a pure sales or presales engineer, combining industry solution expertise, customer engagement, and solution commercialization, rather than a purely technical or delivery-focused position. Candidate Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, ICT, or related technical disciplines. Max 40 y.o. Has on-hand experience as Seasoned Pre Sales/Account Manager/Key Account Manager professional worked in ICT companies with at least 5 years engaging with the FSI sectors (including banks, non-banks, and fintech), ideally in digital transformation or ICT solution implementation, involving middleware and hardware. Strong understanding of FSI operations, automation systems, data communication networks, and industrial ICT architecture. Hands-on experience in industrial ICT systems for banking, fintech, financial institutions, digital banking, payment systems, which combine computing and storage power, as well as remote, automated management. Deep understanding of industrial digitalization trends, integration between IT and OT (Operational Technology), and multi-vendor solution ecosystems.
