Proses Proposal & Tender, Menyiapkan proposal proyek, estimasi biaya, dan proyeksi finansial. Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (Estimator, QA/QC, Project Coordinator) untuk menghasilkan dokumen pra-konstruksi yang akurat. 4. Peramalan Pendapatan & Kelayakan Proyek, Membuat analisis cost benefit proyek, proyeksi pendapatan, dan perencanaan margin. Memastikan target pipeline bulanan dan target pendapatan kuartalan tercapai secara konsisten. 5. Analisis Pasar, Melakukan riset industri secara berkelanjutan (kompetitor, benchmark harga, tren dalam konsultansi konstruksi). Memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk ekspansi bisnis GMC. 6. Reporting & CRM, Menyampaikan laporan aktivitas penjualan dua mingguan kepada Direktur (status pipeline, forecast, conversion rate). Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan : 1. Pendidikan & Pengalaman, Gelar Sarjana di Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait. Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun dalam: Penjualan konstruksi / business development, ATAU Konsultansi konstruksi, ATAU Penjualan B2C berbasis proyek di industri teknis terkait. 2. Kompetensi Teknis Pemahaman kuat mengenai siklus hidup proyek perencanaan atau konstruksi. Mampu membaca gambar teknis dasar (lebih baik jika mahir). Familiar dengan penulisan proposal, pemahaman BOQ, dan penyusunan struktur kerja sama. 3. Soft Skills Kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang kuat. Inisiatif tinggi, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada target. Mampu membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan stakeholder tingkat tinggi. Kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik.
