Dukungan Hubungan Pelanggan Mencatat dan mengelola informasi penting pelanggan, seperti: Tanggal ulang tahun Preferensi, kebiasaan, dan hal yang disukai/tidak disukai Catatan komunikasi dan profil pelanggan Mendukung upaya customer relationship building melalui data yang terorganisir 6.
