Monitor key process parameters and equipment performance trends in Furnace system, Quench system, Fuel system, etc. Support troubleshooting efforts for operational issues by analyzing data and providing preliminary findings to senior engineers. Conduct field verification with operators to confirm abnormal condition. Collect, validate, and analyze operational data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Prepare technical reports such as downtime analysis, incident summaries, equipment performance reports, and process deviation finding Maintain engineering documentation, logs, and historical databases. Coordinate daily with production, maintenance, laboratory, and safety departments to support plant operation. Work with maintenance teams to review equipment performance and identify reliability issues. Follow production activities comply with company HSE policies, regulations, and industry standards. Participate in HAZOP, JSA, and safety reviews when required.
