The ideal candidate for this position is a professional capable of designing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to support the performance of the sales team and increase the number of qualified leads.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s sales objectives.

Creating materials and strategies that support the activities of the sales team.

Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the sales team’s performance to ensure optimal results.

Understand the individual targets and needs of each sales team member.

Collaborate and build strong, cooperative relationships with business partners.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, the ability to work across teams, and a proactive approach to supporting business growth.

Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence

Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns

Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (minimum 5 years preferred) Leader Position

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Solid understanding of market research techniques and data analysis

Ability to plan, lead, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Able to work both independently and collaboratively across departments

Strong organizational, negitiation and time management skills with attention to detail
