Job Description:
Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise telecom services
Troubleshoot last-mile issues (fiber cut, signal loss, Wi-Fi interference)
Support CPE devices (router, modem, access point)
Perform on-site installation and activation of services
Handle customer complaints and provide technical explanation
Coordinate with field engineers for physical issue resolution
Mandatory Certifications:
Cisco CCNP ENWLSI / Meraki / CWSP
Key ITIL Responsibilities:
Incident Management
Capacity Management
Change Management
Configuration Management
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and resolve Wi-Fi and client-related issues (remote and onsite)
Implement network changes based on approved schedules
Perform installation, maintenance, and hardware replacement
Maintain accurate documentation and update CMDB records
Work Arrangement:
Operate within a 24/7 service environment based on role responsibilities
Shift-based working arrangement for operational roles (e.g., NOC, support, and engineering)
On-call availability required for critical incidents, escalations, or emergency support
Willingness to work outside regular business hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
