Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Business Consultant, Business Development, or Sales
2. Experience working in tech companies, preferably:
B2B Marketplace
E-commerce
SaaS / digital platform
3. Proven experience in selling membership or subscription-based products
4. Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling approach
5. Experienced in handling clients from prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, to closing
6. Familiar with SME, distributor, manufacturer, or supplier segments
7. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
8. Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales targets
9. Able to manage sales pipeline, CRM, and reporting
10. Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and area coverage
11. Tech-savvy, adaptive, and quick to learn digital products
12. Strong relationship-building and customer-oriented mindset
13. Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
