Kualifikasi:
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Application Support L2
Proficiency in writing SQL queries for MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
Strong familiarity with Linux/Unix or Windows Server command-line navigation
Ability to read and interpret application error logs (Java, .NET, or PHP)
Understanding of REST/SOAP API concepts and tools like Postman
Strong systematic troubleshooting and analytical logic
Experience working within Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
Effective communication skills
