Overview
Responsible for managing customer relationships and improving the customer experience through an effective sales approach. The main focus is strengthening customer loyalty, increasing sales and building long-term relationships with clients in the maritime industry. ⛴
This position requires strong communication skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to design and implement effective sales strategies. Analytical skills are also important for understanding market trends and customer behavior, in order to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and contact potential customers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Maintain good relationships with customers to enhance retention
Achieve the assigned sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
Input and analyze customer data in CRM
Qualifications :
Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred
Target-oriented & able to work in a dynamic environment
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
