Job Description Analyze business and operational requirements for payment gateway systems Translate business needs into clear and structured system requirements and technical specifications Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, API Specifications, and Flow Diagrams (Sequence & Activity) Design end-to-end system flows for QRIS, Virtual Account, Disbursement/Payout, and Callback/Webhook Ensure system implementation includes idempotency, retry mechanisms, and error handling Collaborate with Product Managers and coordinate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams Support testing, monitoring, and validation Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability Support compliance and audit requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 3 years experience as System Analyst / IT Business Analyst Strong understanding of fintech/payment gateway systems Experienced in technical documentation Technical Skills : REST API, Microservices Architecture, MySQL / PostgreSQL, Backend flow (Java / Golang / PHP) Familliar with Tools : Draw.io / Lucidchart, Postman, Jira / Trello Strong communication Skill, Analytical thinking and Detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in Payment Gateway / PJP / PPOB Knowledge of payment processing, settlement, callback Experience with high transaction systems Understanding idempotency, retry, failure handling Agile / Scrum experience Why Join Us Work on impactful payment systems Collaborative environment Career growth in fintech
