Sebagai Account Manager dan Sales Manage Service Cloud bertanggung jawab menjual solusi pengelolaan infrastruktur cloud (migrasi, keamanan, pemeliharaan) untuk mendorong revenue. Mereka memimpin siklus penjualan leads-to-cash, mengelola hubungan klien, dan memposisikan layanan MSP (Managed Service Provider) agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan transformasi digital klien
