Qualification: ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY An established recruitment and HR consulting agency based in the Bukit area is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support end-to-end hiring processes for hospitality businesses, including villas, hotels, and restaurants. This role offers exposure to international clients and dynamic recruitment projects within Bali’s growing hospitality sector. The position combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration and provides hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle. Note: Candidates who are currently based in Bali will be prioritized. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drafting and publishing job advertisements across relevant platforms Screening applications and contacting pre-selected candidates Conducting interviews (phone and in-person) Creating and maintaining structured candidate profiles Monitoring and updating recruitment tracking tools (Google Sheets) Ensuring timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process Supporting administrative coordination related to recruitment activities PROFILE REQUIRED Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or customer-facing roles is a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Basic to intermediate English proficiency required Comfortable using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Based in Bali (Bukit area preferred) IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE You enjoy interacting with people and naturally build rapport with candidates from different backgrounds.
