Administrative & Office Management • Manage office administration, documentation, and filing systems. • Handle HR administration including staff records, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and claims. • Manage procurement of office supplies and vendors. • Coordinate company insurance, licenses, permits, and renewals. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. 4. Operations & Business Support • Assist management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis. • Support operations or sales teams with documentation (POs, DOs, contracts). • Maintain records for inventory, assets, and expenses. • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications when required.
