Qualifications: - Previous experience in reservations, front office, or a related role in the hospitality industry. - Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus. - Familiarity with reservation software or booking platforms is preferred. - Customer service-oriented, with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently. - A passion for sustainable tourism and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
