Responsibilities : • Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Youtube Shorts • Develop content ideas based on current trends, viral formats, and audience interests • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for Flashee products, campaigns, and daily content needs • Turn product features into engaging, easy-to-understand content angles • Stay updated on social media trends, sounds, hooks, and editing styles • Use CapCut or similar tools to edit content quickly and neatly • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign briefs • Join product and campaign brainstorming sessions • Ensure content aligns with Flashee’s brand image: fun, aesthetic, and relevant to Gen Z & Gen Alpha Requirements : • Woman, max 25 years old • Bachelors degree in Communication, Management, or any related fields • Have at least 1 year experience in content creation • Strong interest in content creation and short video platforms, especially TikTok • Up-to-date with short video trends, viral hooks, and social media culture • Have a personal interest in trends, stationery, and aesthetic lifestyle content • Skilled in CapCut and comfortable with mobile-first video editing • Creative, expressive, and confident appearing in or directing short videos • Able to brainstorm fresh content ideas consistently • Understands what makes TikTok content engaging and shareable • Good sense of visual style, storytelling, and social media pacing • Active, communicative, and able to work fast in a dynamic environment
