Qualification: About the role: We are hiring an experienced English speaking full-time Butler ( Balinese Applicants Only ) to support a luxury private villa operation, reporting directly to the CEO/COO. This role combines traditional butler service with multi-functional responsibilities across property management, guest services, and daily operations. Job Responsibilities: • Deliver Villa butler service and guest care (welcome, attention to detail, proactive service) • Front-line communication with guests in English (verbal + written) • Manage villa household operations (cleaning oversight, inventory, vendor coordination) • Prepare and serve meals, including simple Western + Indonesian cuisine • Accurate use of computer systems (email, scheduling, basic property management tools) • Assist with guest experiences: itinerary support, local logistics, excursions • Handle laundry, supplies, appliance checks, utilities, light errands • Coordinate with other staff (gardeners, cleaners, drivers, pool attendants) Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management • Minimum 5 years experience as a Butler, Guest Services Specialist, Villa Host, or similar hospitality role (luxury villas / boutique hotels preferred) • Fluent English communication (speaking + writing) • Proficient computer skills (MS Office / email / guest management apps) • Demonstrated ability in cooking, guest service, household supervision • Highly professional, discreet, and excellent interpersonal demeanour • Valid Indonesian work documentation (KTP preferred) Deadline to apply : Thursday, February 12th, 2025
