Terbiasa menggunakan platform seperti TikTok Live, Shopee Live, atau streaming tools lainnya. Siap bekerja shifting (pagi/siang/malam/subuh) sesuai jadwal live yang telah ditentukan. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands, ideally within a digital agency environment. Proven experience in social media analytics and performance measurement. Proficiency with social analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Creative, strategic, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Proven experience as Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role in digital/creative industry. Strong understanding of various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
