Membuat rekap data order masuk, order berjalan, dan order selesai sebagai laporan berkala. 9. Membantu menjaga kelancaran komunikasi antara customer, sales, dan produksi. 10. Memiliki target penjualan sesuai yang ditetapkan perusahaan (individual atau tim). 11. Aktif mencari pelanggan baru melalui follow-up leads, database lama, media komunikasi, atau customer walk-in. 12. Mempertahankan pelanggan lama dengan melakukan follow-up repeat order, reminder, dan penawaran lanjutan. 13. Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales dan produksi untuk mencapai target penjualan dan pelayanan yang optimal.
