Act as the real-time translator between sponsors and internal teams, turning requests, complaints, and changes into clear, actionable instructions. Manage sponsor expectations on-site by communicating constraints, timelines, and limitations calmly and confidently. Resolve activation-related issues as they happen, without waiting to be told what to do and without escalating unnecessary chaos. Work side-by-side with the Sponsor Activation Team and PIC Area to keep all sponsor areas running smoothly throughout the event. [KEY REQUIREMENTS] Minimum 1–2 years of on-site experience in event execution, sponsor activation, or event operations. Experience executing sponsor activations based on approved plans, layouts, and deliverables. Able to coordinate sponsor-related requests with production, design, logistics, and operations teams in real time. Familiar with handling last-minute sponsor changes during live event hours.
