Responsibilities : 1. Serve as the primary communication bridge between Chinese clients/investors and the Indonesian legal and consulting teams. 2. Translate and interpret legal and business documents between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian accurately and professionally. 3. Accompany the team during meetings, negotiations, and presentations with Chinese clients or partners. 4. Assist in preparing reports, proposals, investment, and licensing documents in Mandarin. 5. Support cross-department coordination (Legal, Finance, and Business Development) for international and cross-border projects. 6. Provide insights and guidance on Chinese business culture and professional ethics to ensure effective bilateral collaboration.

Requirements

• Qualifications
• 1. Bachelor’s degree in law, Management, International Relations, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
• 2. Excellent Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written); HSK Level 5 or 6 preferred.
• 3. Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• 4. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the legal, corporate services, or international relations field is preferred.
• 5. Proven ability in professional translation and interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
• 6. Solid understanding of Chinese business culture and cross-cultural communication etiquette.
• 7. Detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of multitasking while working effectively in a team environment.
• 8. Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
