Qualifications: Strong network with key opinion leaders and decision makers across the Indonesian healthcare ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biotechnology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5-10+ years of experience in corporate development, business development within health tech, biotech, or data-driven sectors. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with experience in scenario analysis for R&D commercialization. Proven track record in closing deals, with working knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g. BPOM Indonesia, HIPAA). Deep understanding of healthcare economics, business models, and solid understanding of health data ecosystems and genomics Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across functions. Key Responsibilities: Source and negotiate strategic and commercial B2B agreements, including but not limited to data and procurement arrangements. Build and manage project pipelines across pharmaceutical, healthcare providers, and digital health companies. Develop commercial health tech R&D proposals, including but not limited to corporate funding or grants, in collaboration with the Science & Lab team. Perform market mapping, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to evaluate ROI and feasibility of partnerships with pharma, hospitals, payers, and digital health companies. Work with the executive team to embed health data initiatives into product roadmaps and ensure KPI-driven execution, when necessary. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with B2B clients and strategic partners. Represent the company at industry events and relevant networking forums. Regularly monitor industry, market, and regulatory trends to identify opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy. Analyze business performance and recommend actions to optimize operations and drive growth. Build business cases and financial models to evaluate new markets, products, and growth initiatives. Support long-term strategic planning and investor communications, when needed.
