Responsibilities: - Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms in a timely and professional manner. - Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy in dates, room types, and special requests. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest needs and preferences are communicated and fulfilled. - Provide guests with accurate information on the resort’s facilities, eco-friendly practices, room types, and policies. - Handle cancellations, modifications, and other booking adjustments as needed. - Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, guest information, and payment details in the reservation system. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and special packages.
