Jobdesk : • Menjadi Penghubung Utama antara Klien dan Tim Internal (Memastikan komunikasi berjalan lancar antara klien dan tim) • Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan profesional dengan klien • Memahami Kebutuhan dan Tujuan Klien (Menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis klien dan menyusun solusi yang relevan) • Monitoring Progres dan Hasil (Menyusun laporan rutin (weekly/monthly) untuk klien) • Negosiasi dan Penawaran (Menegosiasikan scope pekerjaan dan budget bersama klien) • Menjaga Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Klien • Menangani feedback, komplain, atau revisi dengan cepat dan solutif • Membangun hubungan jangka panjang dan peluang upselling layanan • Memastikan semua pihak memahami arah dan ekspektasi dari klien (komunikasi lancar, jelas, dan professional) • Mewakili agensi di hadapan klien dan sebaliknya • Membuat reporting setiap bulan • Melakukan meeting dengan tim terkait atas persetujuan product strategist SC setiap bulan • Melakukan perhitungan yang berhubungan dengan klaim brand • Membuat plan promotion sesuai dengan asset yang sudah disepakati antar klien
