Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Co-manage a talented team of designers and videographers, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output. Content Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee content strategies tailored to client needs and social media platforms. Production Oversight: Attend video and design shoots when possible, providing guidance and ensuring that creative concepts align with project goals. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth, ongoing communication and collaboration. Social Media Management: Oversee the management of clients' social media accounts, ensuring deadlines are met, and goals are achieved. Requirements: Proven experience in project management, preferably in a social media or creative agency. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Experience in content strategy and social media management. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to attend shoots and be hands-on with the creative process (bonus!).
