Qualification: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with 3–5 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our database systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database systems. Monitor and maintain production and non-production databases. Perform performance tuning (query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis, and resource monitoring). Develop and manage backup & restore strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability. Design, implement, and regularly test Disaster Recovery (DR) plans. Configure and maintain database replication and high-availability solutions. Implement and manage user access control based on the principle of least privilege. Maintain audit logs and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to optimize database design and performance. Troubleshoot database issues and perform root cause analysis. Maintain proper documentation for configurations, procedures, and incidents. Requirements: Min. S1 (IT / Information Systems / related field preferred) Min 4+ years experience as Database Administrator Strong knowledge in at least one database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server / Oracle Experience in performance tuning, backup/restore, disaster recovery, and database replication Understanding of data security, access control, audit log, and compliance standards Experience handling enterprise-scale or healthcare systems is a plus Detail-oriented with strong ownership of system and data quality Able to handle incidents quickly and work well under pressure Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
