Qualification: ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY An established recruitment and HR consulting agency based in the Bukit area is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support end-to-end hiring processes for hospitality businesses, including villas, hotels, and restaurants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drafting and publishing job advertisements across relevant platforms Screening applications and contacting pre-selected candidates Conducting interviews (phone and in-person) Creating and maintaining structured candidate profiles Monitoring and updating recruitment tracking tools (Google Sheets) Ensuring timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process Supporting administrative coordination related to recruitment activities PROFILE REQUIRED Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or customer-facing roles is a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Basic to intermediate English proficiency required Comfortable using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Based in Bali (Bukit area preferred) IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE You enjoy interacting with people and naturally build rapport with candidates from different backgrounds.
