Job opportunity for ENGLISH TRAINER at Raizing in KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN, BANTEN, Indonesia. Qualification: We are looking for a passionate and high-energy English Trainer/English Teacher who can deliver leadership and personal development training for teenagers using English as the main teaching language. English Trainer/Teacher are in charge to deliver engaging and impactful English lessons and training sessions tailored to children and teenagers, with a strong focus on communication skills, confidence building, and applied English in real-world contexts such as public speaking, creative writing, and global literacy. 🎯Job description: Deliver engaging leadership, communication, and personal growth sessions in English for children (4-12 years) and teens (13-17 years) students. Design and deliver English classes aligned with Raizing’s values: confidence, clarity, and creativity. Facilitate interactive classes, group discussions, and hands-on activities that build students’ confidence and character. Design and develop training curriculum, lesson plans, and learning materials aligned with our learning framework. Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to help students grow and achieve their goals. Collaborate with the academic team to improve and innovate learning programs. Maintain a positive, motivating, and inspiring learning environment. Integrate English learning with Raizing programs such as Public Speaking, Mindcraft, and Kidspreneur. Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and coordinators. Support Raizing events, camps, and workshops as needed. Participate in teacher training, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes. ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in English Education, TESOL, or related field. Min. 1–2 years of teaching, training, and coaching experience with children/teens. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Passionate about education, soft skills, student development, and also about working with teenagers and creating meaningful learning experiences. Able to develop curriculum, structured training modules, and have good communication skills and growth mindset Creative, energetic, and able to engage students with different learning styles. Familiarity with project-based learning or interactive learning methods is a plus. Willing to work on weekends and attend offline camps or events occasionally. Available to join ASAP and no longer under contract with the previous company Based in Tangerang and surrounding areas.
