Job description About the role We are seeking a talented and motivated Merchandiser to join our team at PT KAPIT MAS. As a Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are displayed and presented in an engaging and appealing way to our customers. This is a contract position based in West Denpasar, Bali. Qualification :   Candidate must posses Bachelor's Degree in communication or equivalent.   Fluent in English is a must   Prior experience in manufacturing and/or Jewellery company is a plus.   Excellent in both oral and written sales communication and negotiation skills.   Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.    Willing to learn, highly positive and self-motivation person.   Basic understanding of marketing principles.   Ability to work effectively a team.   We welcome for fresh graduate.   Willing to be place in Bali What we're looking for   Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail/customer-facing role   Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for product presentation   Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently   Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   Familiarity with merchandising software and tools   Passion for the Jewellery industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
