Job opportunity for Finance Staff at Bekerdja.id in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Qualification: Description: Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely collections and payments Prepare and review periodic financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Manage all tax obligations: PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25, 29, and PPN, along with Coretax reporting and issuance of withholding tax certificates Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies Develop and enhance internal finance SOPs, controls, and documentation Provide financial insights and perform ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions Support budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis across departments Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in banking and fintech 1-4 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and statutory compliance Proficiency in Coretax, e-Faktur, and accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or Xero Advancent Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, basic financial modeling) Proven ability to manage financial closing independently and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Willing to work onsite in Jakarta and available to start immediately Nice to have: Experience in payment gateway or e-money licensing Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is an advantage) Experience in handling multi-entity, multi currency, or consolidated financial reporting Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or Bank Indonesia What you'll get Compensantive salary aligned with your experience and expertise BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan coverage Opportunity to work closely with leadership and take ownership of the finance function Dynamic and collaborative work environment with strong growth opportunities

  • Description:
