Job opportunity for Bartender at Corner House Bali in KAB. BADUNG, BALI, Indonesia. Qualification: Position Purpose Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with high quality standards, providing friendly and professional service to guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area. The bartender is also expected to enhance the guest experience through engaging drink presentation techniques such as flair bartending and juggling. Duties and Responsibilities A. Bar Preparation Prepare beverage ingredients before operation hours (fruits, garnish, syrups, ice, etc.). Ensure all bar equipment is clean and ready for use. Arrange and prepare glassware, mixing tools, and other bar equipment. Check the availability of beverages and supporting ingredients. B. Customer Service Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process drink orders from guests or waiters/waitresses. Provide drink recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve beverages with attractive presentation and high service standards. C. Drink Preparation Prepare various types of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks. Follow standard recipes and measurements. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. D. Bar Entertainment & Performance Perform flair bartending techniques to enhance the guest experience. Demonstrate bottle juggling or bar tool tricks in a safe and professional manner. Deliver engaging bar performances without compromising service speed and efficiency. E. Cleanliness and Organization Maintain cleanliness of the bar area during and after operations. Clean bar tools and equipment after use. Ensure the bar station remains neat, organized, and hygienic. F. Inventory Management Monitor the usage of beverage ingredients. Report low stock items to the supervisor or manager. Assist in regular stock checks and inventory counting. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality background preferred). Previous experience as a bartender is an advantage. Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Able to work in a team and under pressure. Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills (Added Value) Skilled in Flair Bartending. Ability to perform Bottle Juggling or Bar Tricks. Creative in developing signature cocktails. Experience working in bars, beach clubs, or nightclubs is a plus.
